Partial support is already implemented, however, we need to finish and then verify with execution of fvt.basestatements.TestCaseStatementLib.egl in addition to ECK testing.

Note that the case statement itself doesn't require any specific generation;  it is supposed to expanded into a series of if / else statements before it is processed by the generators.
