We should have a link to something like:

http://download.eclipse.org/technology/linuxtools/0.8.0-sources/

but more generic and for all releases on our main downloads page:

http://www.eclipse.org/linuxtools/downloads.php

It would be nice to have a link for each release to the page for source tarballs for *that* release.

People will still need to manually create the URL for older releases but we want consumers to move ahead so this isn't the end of the world IMO.
