Need errors/warning preference for bug 340747

eg.    ArrayList<String> a = new ArrayList<String>();
                                           ^^^^^^
will warn "Redundant specification of type arguments <String>

The label in preference page is "Redundant type arguments". (A possible alternative could be "Redundant type arguments in constructor invocation".)

Fixed in BETA_JAVA7.
