e.g. Xtext -> Reference -> Xtend -> Classes and Functions is missing

Ohoh, looks like xdoc is using wrong paths in the eclipse doc generation. 
xdoc files and images in non-root folders are not correctly located. 
I will have a look at it.

Fixed major issues in Xdoc with regard to eclipse help generation:

1) images werere not copied correctly
2) links to images and references to other anchors did not take into account that eclipse help's files are flat in the contents folder and reflect chapters, no matter how the sources were organized in the src folder.

I regenerated the docs. Please verify links are all right.
