The Birt Viewer "birt-runtime-3_7_0.zip" does not seem to be able to export
to openoffice format (ODT, ODS,...).
The options are present in the WEB-INF/viewer.properties but are not show in
the export dialog.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deploy the BIRT Viewer under glassfish opensource v3 (from birt.war or WebViewerExample
directory)
2.Test the sample report
3.Try to export the report, the OpenOffice formats are not present

It seems important for users to work with libre office. Thanks
