For call operation action for example, it is very useful to have the popup which ask for the operation. This make the model correct.
In some cases particularly when custom is used some custom action can set these features.
It shall be useful to disable the popup if the postaction implements IFEetureSetterAspectAction and if the features modified are those managed by the popup
