Description Konstantin Komissarchik CLA 2011-07-11 16:55:21 EDT
The absolute folder path browse dialog doesn't default to previous path (at least on Windows) if that path doesn't exist. Arguably, the expected behavior would be to show the nearest existing parent.

Consider the following case:

Current property value: c:/abc/foo/bar
Folder exists through: c:/abc/foo

When the browse dialog opens it should start in c:/abc/foo.
