Currently XMLStreamReaderReader, XMLEventReaderReader, and JSONReader all have similar code to implement Attributes.  This code should be refactored so the logic can be shared.

Fix Details:
Moved the majority of the Attribute handling that is common to all readers up to the XMLReaderAdapter class.
