I am trying to run this file:-
<html>
  <head><title>This is a title</title></head>
  <body>
    This is my first HTML document. 
  </body>
</html>

I get the response ,"THE SELECTION CANNOT BE LAUNCHED, AND THERE ARE NO RECENT LAUNCHES." 

I would be grateful if you would advise how to setup eclipse in order to Launch the Web browser.

I have Helios Eclipse IDE for Java Developers 
Version: Helios Service Release 2. WOuldthis be the correct software package?

Amir,

Are you choosing Open With... > Web Browser from right clicking the HTML file or are you attempting to Run it on a server?

Either way, I'm pretty sure this won't be a problem related to the HTML source editor.
