A meta-data repository may contain repository references. They are not currently displayed in the p2 repository view.

In the repository browser, when you expand a repository like Helios or Indigo, the viewer is now capable of listing the repository references that the repository contains (these are the references that get automatically "installed" as available repositories into the IDE installer). They will not be mirrored into the aggregation by default but they should be viewable nevertheless.
