Could you please move the folder
  /cvsroot/rt/org.eclipse.rap/runtime.rwt.test/org.eclipse.rap.rwt.q07.jstest
to
  /cvsroot/rt/org.eclipse.rap/runtime.rwt.test/org.eclipse.rap.rwt.jstest

No problem, meanwhile I figured out that I have write access to our cvs directories as well. It's fixed already. Thanks.
