It's a master bug for all the missing pieces for the "working with contributor" work flow, i.e.:
1) Rebase (bug 351429)
2) Force fetch and push (bug 351440)
3) Cherry pick and merge --squash (bug 351432 and bug 349727)
4) Changing the author and committer name per commit (bug 350422)

When it is done. I would like to see an update in the documentation describing the "working with contributor" task.

One more thing. W should be able to remove not used remote tracking branches, see bug 349375.

We need to have either cherry-pick or 'merge --squash'. Since we are closer to add cherry-pick, we may remove 'merge --squash' from the blockers' list.
