Plug-in oep.sysml.diagram.common should not depend from class diagram plug-in, the dependency is not useful anymore:
- AssociationClass have been remove
- Relationships with branches are not supported

(meaning the default GraphicalNodeEditPolicy from GMF should be used be used).
