Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project
2. Create workbench profile
3. Add stereotype for the profile and save
4. Select stereotype and press 'Remove' button
5. Click 'Yes' in confirmation message
See that stereotype is not removed and can be updated
Stetotype removes after workbench profile saving 

Reproducible: Always

Now stereotypes table is refreshed after an element remove.
