It would be a great benefit if scout would offer a field similar to the imagefield that supports for scalable vector graphics and interaction with it.

This should be abstracted so that it can be used in swing, swt, and rwt.

Added new scout field ISvgField with base class AbstractSvgField and ui implementations in swing, swt and rap/rwt (rap ui is not yet published under epl)

The new plugins are:
org.eclipse.scout.svg.client
org.eclipse.scout.svg.ui.swing
org.eclipse.scout.svg.ui.swt

It uses the Orbit plugins batik 1.7.
If used with jre 1.6 add a "jre16.fragment" to the system.bundle containing
the java 1.6 included javax and org packages.
