I have my own defined adopter server. Here's how I reproduce the problem:
1. Create a server.
2. Publish an application to the server.
3. Delete the application from the workspace.

Result: the application is correctly removed from the servers view, but the server state is [Started], instead of [Started, republish].

Reproducible: Always
