The POJO project wizard is not including the escape runtime plugin and there appear to be other issues with that project type.

Sorry, it's the "Escape Java Project" org.eclipse.amp.escape.wizards.newProject in o.e.a.escape.ide. Basically it's just like the Agent Modeling Escape project but without the AMF builders for people who want to build Java models from scratch. I got a msg on the forums from someone who couldn't use it so I don't know how long it has been broken, it might not have anything to do with the recent refactoring.
