Scenario
- Select "Configure Contents..." menu from local menu for Problems view
- "EMF Problem" type label in Configure Contents dialog is unexternalized
- This only happens in Eclipse 4.1

Found the string in "org.eclipse.emf.ecore". Resolved as INVALID.
