Locking operation time is not controlled by the given timeout

The problem seems to come from CDOViewImpl.lockObjects() where, at the end, waitForUpdate() is called without specifying a timeout. Caspar, can you please look at it?

Moving all open issues to 4.2. Open bugs can be ported to 4.1 maintenance after they've been fixed in master.
