This is related to Bug 350872.

When installation of component from 'm2e Marketplace' fails it only gives you a generic message on top that has a red circle with X in it and a text next to it that says 'Operation details'.

No further explanation is given.

If you select several components to install it is not clear which one causes installation to fail.

I believe the whole error message is present and you can scroll (not intuitive) its just too big to be shown in the header.  We could just show "installation failed, see log for details" instead of the actual error.

No, there is nothing to scroll.

Also, there is no message in the 'Error Log' view.

I've tried click+down arrow in several places on this dialog, still it would not reveal the error log. :(
