The web artifact console is broken in 3.0.0.M05.
Starting up Firebug, I see that a the JavaScript file /admin/resources/js/dojo/nls/virgo-dojo_de.js cannot be loaded (404).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to the web admin console.
2. Click on "Artifacts" in the upper left corner
3. The "trees" bundles, pars and plans cannot be opened
