Build Identifier: I20110620-1631 it seems that the bug-fix (within Bug 330699) only work for the deprecated Actions and Actionsets (used by the eclipse ide developers). the toolbar drop downs do not appear, if you're use the menuContribution (see sample application) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. start the attached sample application via 3.7 (the Toolbar drop downs appear) 2. start the attached sample application via 4.1 (the Toolbar drop downs do not appear)
