We agreed that first login by OpenID should create a sample user. That user would be allowed to change login and set a "regular" password for it.
For this to be possible we should distinguish between user id and user login.

To keep the backward compatibility user id for already existing users should be the same as current user login.

done. From now on user login may be changed and the real user identity is stored in uid value. The users that existed before this change have now uid=login.
