Error console is full of errors when a Maven module has Acceleo nature:

Acceleo mtl resolution falls in error for parent project (that's normal, mtl files must be resolved in the child module.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a Maven pom project
2.Create an Acceleo module with some templates + standalone compilation + gen
3. You'll see some errors in the parent project and in the console

It works now in Acceleo 3.2.1 and 3.3.0, closing this issue.
