Workspace files are not saved properly when opened with R4E compare-editor.  The files seem to be saved normally,  but the workspace file do not seem to be modified.   When the files are closed and re-open with the compare editor or normal editor, they come up as dirty.

Take note that the behavior is correct when the files are open and modified using the normal editor:  THe workspace file is correctly modified and the version that is open with R4E is the version to review, not the newly modified version

A solution was implemented but it relies on the LocalResourceTypedElement class, which is internal to the team project.  This might need to be altered later on
