Both org.eclipse.tptp.platform.report.ui.swt.widgets.internal.DToolTip and org.eclipse.tptp.platform.report.ui.swt.widgets.internal.ToolTipResolver use the org.eclipse.swt.widgets.Control.handle field directly in a presumed wrong way.

We need to find a better way to set the focus here, as this code may not compile under different eclipse platform installations.
