The HelpCompletionProposalComputer is registered twice (once with category 'parserProposalCategory' and once with 'helpProposalCategory').
Therefore when deselcting the help-proposals in the preferences for content assist, they will still be shown (unless I also deselect the parsing based ones).

Fixed in master and cdt_8_0 by removing the help proposal provider from the 'parserProposalCategory'.
