Hey,
the dialog under Properties/C/C++ General/Paths and Symbols/Include Files just offers adding include files for the GNU C language, but not GNU C++.

Fixed in master (30a6e551f5d7c355da1e834750109c89ecc1e293) and 8.0.1 (617e4ddeda0b6dde643cb9026528e27cbdae0be4).
