After the deletion of a project the Repository View is not fully updated
The deleted projects appear empty in the tree view; but, they are not removed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Maven project with M2E
2. Open the Maven Repository View 
3. Delete the project (with deletion of its contents)
4. Open the WorkSpace Repo Folder
=> the deleted project appears in the list

Same problem with the renaming of a artifact: the old entry is not removed from the tree view.

Note: The 'Rebuild Index' command allows to properly update the view.
