In an ongoing effort to work toward code that is more server-side I am migrating some BLAM functionality to server commands. This includes a review of some BLAM's and their dependencies on client-side components. Most of the BLAMs were simply converted into Operations while a few required more extensive changes due to pre-existing dependencies that were deemed simple enough to be considered "low hanging fruit".
