The Navigator stops updating if a maven managed project is right-clicked in the Navigator view when the Packages view is open.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Eclipse
2.Install m2e
3.Create new project
4.Convert to maven project
5.Open Packages view
6.Right click on maven managed project from the Navigator view (confirm error in Error Log)
7.Do something like close a project from the Navigator view
8.Note nothing happens
