It will help Linux distribution downstream consumers if the 3.7.0 release was tagged like previous releases.  I know we can use the I-build tag but it's nicer to use the final one.  Thanks!

Yes, I started tagged yesterday but didn't finish because I had to go to the foundation and drink beer :-)  I'll try to finish this today.
