Created attachment 198518 [details] Screenshots View content description must be separated from the view contents. In 3.x, the content description was nicely rendered with the widget background color and a separator line, so it was easily visible where the description ends and where the content begins. Now, the description is too close to the contents, which makes it hard to separate the sections and visually connects things (through proximity) that should not be connected. Best solution would be to use the blue tab background color also for the content description. That would also help solving related bugs with the view toolbar (buttons don't always have the same background color, description wastes space on its own line). Make sure that the visual separation is also working when the tab group doesn't have focus.

I think we need the line border that's drawn in 3.x. That line was drawn by the ViewForm in 3.x but I don't think we intend to go back to the ViewForm in 4.x. Personally I'm less concerned about the label's background colour although I will say that it should be something that can be styled from the CSS file.
