Description Robert Munteanu CLA 2011-06-23 06:35:12 EDT
Sometimes the builds view is missing the all-important 'Builds' column. I am able to restore it to the defaults, but I'm not sure why this happens as I rely on notifications to know about the changed state, rather than opening the view.

Missing column

Please	note that the checkbox for the column is readonly, but unchecked.

I have occasionally noticed that, too, but haven't been able to track down the cause. Do you have steps to reproduce?
Comment 3 Robert Munteanu CLA 2011-06-23 16:44:19 EDT
I'm afraid I don't know how to reproduce. I _think_ that it only happens after a restart though - once I've restored it I have not seen the disappear with Eclipse open.

Yes, under certain circumstances the colum size gets persisted as 0 px wide. To help narrow down the cause: Do you use the hierarchial or flat presentation? Do you have the Builds view in Fast view?

> Do you use the hierarchial or flat presentation?

Hierarchical - Top-level elements are the Servers.

> Do you have the Builds view in Fast view?

No.

I haven't identified the cause of this but committed a work-around to ensure that the column size of non resizable columns is not set to 0. If you have any more observations why this might be happening please comment here.
