When you create a pin on a CallBehaviorAction, there is a synchronization and a new parameter is created for the activity behavior. In a  same way, a pin is created for each CallBehaviorAction that reference an activity on which you add a a parameter.

The behavior is the same for a CallOperationAction and parameters of the referenced operation.

This behavior doesn't work on papyrus 0.8 platform. An exeption occurs when you try to add a pin on a CallBehavior or a CallOperation.
