I use RC2 and here(as in M5) doesnt work hotkey binding Ctrl+/ for comment
source code.

Cannot reproduce. Please provide additional information: locale, key board 
layout, etc.

Well If I have Czech (programer) Layout Hotkey Ctrl+/ doesn't work. If I have
English layout it works perfectly. Czech (programer) layout is the same as
English layout but Czech characters are accesible with right Alt.

Czech locale, Czech(QUERTY) layout 

work with:
English locale, English (USA) layout ... default
