Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project with class diagram with 2 Entities
2. Create association between entities
3. Select association on class diagram and open dropdown menu
4. See that Annotation/Remove item can be selected. But there are no annotations for the association 
5. Select WikiText/Generate item
Nothing happens. And when I reopen dropdown menu, WikiText/Generate items are not displayed

Having Annotations/Remove enabled is no big deal. 

I also don't see WikiText/Generate in the latest Tigerstripe.
