When preparing a change log, we need the GitResourceVariantTreeSubscriber's information in order to correctly display the change.  However, the current implementation of GitResourceVariantTreeSubscriber only includes new and modify information so we cannot show the deleted files since the last change log generation.

This should work in current versions of EGit, please add a comment if there are still problems with it.
