Steps:
1. Create new top-level folder
2. Go to "Repositories"
3. Click "Init"
4. Existing folder > the one created in 1.
5. Create a file in 1.
6. Create a folder in 1.
7 Create a file in 6. 
8. Open status for 1.
9. Stage both additions: 5. and 7.
10. Press Commit
=> 
TypeError: byId(node) is null, byId(node).innerHTML = ""; in html.js

Hitting the button again created a dummy commit. Since the first commit actually succeed (checked in log) the second one should do nothing (fail?).
