Warning from the console:

DEPRECATED: dojox.form.FileUploader is no longer supported and will be removed in 2.0. Suggested that you use dojox.form.Uploader instead.

Looking good, thanks Szymon. The only glitch is the "form data:" message on the console, but I'm sure it's there for a reason. Marking as verified.

It's logged by dojox.form.Uploader. I can't do anything about that. But it's not an error or warning so we can live with that.
