Need to update IFileSystemObjectStore and ZipFileObjectStore, possible AbstractObjectStore. They do this in most places, but there's still a couple methods where the key isn't calling removeSchemeFromKey() - e.g. getFromCache().

Fixed ZipFileObjectStore and IFileSystemObjectStore.
