Noticed it in a "what's new" for CDT. Looks almost identical to RSAR - both from a developer and user perspective. It would be really interesting to see how this might be extended for EGL. The technology appears to be part of the CDT project, but I would think it could/should be its own project that *everyone* (EGL, C++, JDT, PHP) could extend and use. 

I'll open a low priority bug in Bugzilla to track this. I don't expect any movement on this anytime soon, but would be a good thing to consider in the future ...
