[? Bug 320891 again ?] I am subscribed to mdt-ocl.dev at both my home address and work address and have noticed that occasionally a message arrives at my work address but not at my home address. I just posted https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=342294#c10 and https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=342294#c11. Only c11 was delivered to my laptop which is configured to leave messages on the server; I pick them up for archive on my tower. I therefore used squirrel mail at my ISP to view the pending deliveries. #c11 is pending. #c10 is not. Therefore the problem is not with my laptop or home infrastructure. Either the ISP is SPAM filtering, or Eclipse is not sending.
According to the archives (http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/mdt-ocl.dev/) on the day of June 17, four messages were sent to the mdt-ocl mailing list (all times local): - 8:11 - 9:10 - 11:30 - 11:35 That maps to these message IDs: 8:11 Jun 17 08:11:19 dev3 postfix/qmgr[28535]: E4A6B2DCE3E: from=<mdt-ocl.dev-bounces@eclipse.org>, size=79363, nrcpt=2 (queue active) Jun 17 08:11:19 dev3 postfix/qmgr[28535]: 0C7FA2DCEAB: from=<mdt-ocl.dev-bounces@eclipse.org>, size=79363, nrcpt=19 (queue active) Jun 17 08:11:19 dev3 postfix/qmgr[28535]: 1D7102DCEDB: from=<mdt-ocl.dev-bounces@eclipse.org>, size=79363, nrcpt=9 (queue active) 9:10 Jun 17 09:10:33 dev3 postfix/qmgr[28535]: 9DE992DCDFC: from=<mdt-ocl.dev-bounces@eclipse.org>, size=2908, nrcpt=2 (queue active) Jun 17 09:10:33 dev3 postfix/qmgr[28535]: A9B9E2DCEED: from=<mdt-ocl.dev-bounces@eclipse.org>, size=2908, nrcpt=19 (queue active) Jun 17 09:10:33 dev3 postfix/qmgr[28535]: B91C32DCEF0: from=<mdt-ocl.dev-bounces@eclipse.org>, size=2908, nrcpt=9 (queue active) 11:30 Jun 17 11:30:56 dev3 postfix/qmgr[28535]: D0A7D2DCC1F: from=<mdt-ocl.dev-bounces@eclipse.org>, size=16854, nrcpt=2 (queue active) Jun 17 11:30:56 dev3 postfix/qmgr[28535]: DEECA2DCC22: from=<mdt-ocl.dev-bounces@eclipse.org>, size=16854, nrcpt=19 (queue active) Jun 17 11:30:57 dev3 postfix/qmgr[28535]: F388A2DCE3E: from=<mdt-ocl.dev-bounces@eclipse.org>, size=16854, nrcpt=9 (queue active) 11:35 Jun 17 11:35:58 dev3 postfix/qmgr[28535]: C53272DCC1F: from=<mdt-ocl.dev-bounces@eclipse.org>, size=15177, nrcpt=2 (queue active) Jun 17 11:35:58 dev3 postfix/qmgr[28535]: D18AD2DCC22: from=<mdt-ocl.dev-bounces@eclipse.org>, size=15177, nrcpt=19 (queue active) Jun 17 11:35:58 dev3 postfix/qmgr[28535]: DF9622DCE3E: from=<mdt-ocl.dev-bounces@eclipse.org>, size=15177, nrcpt=9 (queue active) For each email, I see a successful delivery to both your email addresses: 8:11 zegrep -i "(E4A6B2DCE3E:|0C7FA2DCEAB:|1D7102DCEDB:).*willink" /var/log/mail.3.gz Jun 17 08:11:21 dev3 postfix/smtp[30553]: 0C7FA2DCEAB: to=<Ed.Willink@[work].com>, relay=[work]:25, delay=2.5, delays=0.06/0.09/0.87/1.5, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 2.0.0 Ok: queued as 6683027D8EB7) Jun 17 08:11:23 dev3 postfix/smtp[30559]: 1D7102DCEDB: to=<ed@[home]uk>, relay=mail.[home]:25, delay=4.8, delays=0.06/0.07/0.68/4, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 Ok: queued as 31B076A4D59) 9:10 zegrep -i "(9DE992DCDFC:|A9B9E2DCEED:|B91C32DCEF0:).*willink" /var/log/mail.3.gz Jun 17 09:10:35 dev3 postfix/smtp[16475]: B91C32DCEF0: to=<ed@[home].uk>, relay=mail.[home]:25, delay=1.8, delays=0.05/0.06/0.67/0.99, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 Ok: queued as 734436A4D1B) Jun 17 09:10:35 dev3 postfix/smtp[15466]: A9B9E2DCEED: to=<Ed.Willink@[work].com>, relay=[work]:25, delay=2, delays=0.06/0/0.56/1.3, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 2.0.0 Ok: queued as 0125827D8E79) 11:30 zegrep -i "(D0A7D2DCC1F:|DEECA2DCC22:|F388A2DCE3E:).*willink" /var/log/mail.3.gz Jun 17 11:30:59 dev3 postfix/smtp[24295]: DEECA2DCC22: to=<Ed.Willink@[work].com>, relay=[work]:25, delay=2.9, delays=0.08/0/0.6/2.3, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 2.0.0 Ok: queued as 3CCFD27D8E75) Jun 17 11:31:03 dev3 postfix/smtp[24287]: F388A2DCE3E: to=<ed@[home].uk>, relay=[home]:25, delay=6.2, delays=0.05/0/3.7/2.4, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 Ok: queued as 327BF6A4CEE) 11:35 zegrep -i "(C53272DCC1F:|D18AD2DCC22:|DF9622DCE3E:).*willink" /var/log/mail.3.gz Jun 17 11:36:00 dev3 postfix/smtp[24293]: D18AD2DCC22: to=<Ed.Willink@[work].com>, relay=[work]:25, delay=1.5, delays=0.05/0/0.58/0.9, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 2.0.0 Ok: queued as ADE9D10F12C7) Jun 17 11:36:01 dev3 postfix/smtp[26138]: DF9622DCE3E: to=<ed@[home].uk>, relay=[home]:25, delay=2.3, delays=0.05/0.06/0.69/1.5, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 Ok: queued as 2CA0C6A4CEE) I've obfuscated what I thought was sensitive information, but I have left the message IDs present for you to examine on the receiving end.
