The indexer preference key of "KEY_SKIP_MACRO_REFERENCES" defined as "updatePolicy" in IRemoteIndexerInfoProvider doesn't match the original CDT indexer preference key, which is "skipMacroReferences" defined in IndexerPreferences class.

The patch was checked into ptp_4_1 already.
