Recent Tycho 0.13.0 builds do not provide any feedback when downloading artifacts from p2 repositories during target platform resolution. The build appears to be "hang" for very long time. This appears to be a regression introduced by Bug 342554.

Should be fixed now. Tycho may produce more log messages now, but p2 does not provide a nice way to get download feedback.
