The CVS and Git repositories are not in synch.  In particular I'm finding descrepencies between the wtp source editing git mirror and the official CVS repository.   The org.eclipse.wst.xml.xpath2.processor plugin was missing some source files, and it appears that the XSD plugins are as well.

Not sure what would be causing this to happen, or why they are out of synch.

I'm forcing a re-sync of the source editing git mirror.

CVS is deprecated at Eclipse, and all projects will be moving to Git.  As such, the CVS->Git repos are deprecated, and no effort will be invested in fixing the issues.
