Currently there is only one way to import (i.e., copy) a remote file into the local workspace without first creating a remote project, and that is to use the Remote Systems import wizard.  While this works, it requires the user to set up a separate RSE connection, even if the user has a remote tools connection to the same host.

It would be nice to be able to modify this wizard to allow for selection from local, rse and remote tools.

Not required for synchronized projects.
