When trying to clone the WTP Source Editing CVS mirror, I'm getting the following: dcarver@carver-intalio:~/OpenSource$ git clone git://dev.eclipse.org/org.eclipse.webtools/sourceediting.git Cloning into sourceediting... fatal: read error: Connection reset by peer Should I just wait a day or two since I think I'm running into contention with the Indigo release?
It's not Indigo-related... for some reason, the (some?) git-daemon processes are not closing properly when finished, and they linger. xinetd then hits maximum service limits and refuses new connections. I've cleared a bunch -- try now.

All these git-daemons belonged to the same IP address. I've cleared them all, and have added a block on the firewall. I'll wait for whomever it was to contact us. I was able to clone successfully -- you should be good now.
I know this is likely a different issue, but when I do this, I cannot checkout the repo in question: greymonster:wtp-git jesper$ git clone git://dev.eclipse.org/org.eclipse.webtools/sourceediting.git Cloning into sourceediting... remote: Counting objects: 304666, done. remote: Compressing objects: 100% (47239/47239), done. remote: Total 304666 (delta 191856), reused 304666 (delta 191856) Receiving objects: 100% (304666/304666), 116.39 MiB | 281 KiB/s, done. Resolving deltas: 100% (191856/191856), done. warning: remote HEAD refers to nonexistent ref, unable to checkout. What gives? Related?
We're tracking that issue elsewhere.. just go to the cloned repo dir and 'git checkout (branch)' where branch is HEAD, master, or whichever you'd like.
