Currently we don't have such a thing as "administrator role". We define it only by allowed URLs. So even if a user is an administrator ha can't update the user's password without providing the previous one. I think we may hack it by providing password update though for instance PUT on /users with options.

I think it is a bit too late for adding it for 0.2. I'm moving it to 0.3.
