We can configure Orion to run over https. However to do it we need to create a self-signed certificate first what may be not a trivial step for some users. We should make starting Orion over SSL easy.

Some time ago, we had a certificate in the Orion sources. The plan was to use the certificate when Orion is configured to run over SSL. 
We need to find out if there is a different way to address it.
